The Research on the Operation of Relationship Capital in the Process of Medical Assistance and Situational Analysis

转型时期的中国农村社会,农民就医过程中的关系资本运作正以一种集体越轨的形式日益显现并呈现出一种集体无意识甚至包容的状态。农民就医过程中的关系资本运作是行动个体在我国现行医疗卫生体制客观背景下,在与医生(医院)面临医疗利益冲突并由此产生社会性紧张的情境下,试图从其生活世界出发,通过病人——医生关系"拟熟人化"缓解社会性紧张,从而实现其医疗利益的策略性行动。

In a transitional period of Chinese rural society, it is a serious social problem that the operation of relationship capital in the process of medical assistance. It is rather a universal social phenomenon now, or even a natural reaction （showing a collective unconscious and inclusive state）. The reason for the operation of relationship capital in the process of medical assistance is that on the background of existed medical and health system, in situations of interest conflict between patient and doctor （hospital） and social tension which result from interest conflict between patient and doctor （hospital）, individual try to start with their life-world, through the means of ＂to be acquaintance＂ between patient and doctor to ease their social tension and achieve their medical interest.
