摘要
选用含C0.4~1.0 %的4种优质碳素钢作基材,通过金相观察、电子探针和X光分析方法研究了热处理对碳的均匀化的作用。选择了合适的热处理规范,根据GB4930—85规定条件计算的均匀性和稳定性判别指数。结果表明,试样中碳的分布已达到立方微米范围的均匀性和稳定性的要求。成功地制作了一组电子探针分析碳用的Fe-C合金标样。并讨论了影响其均匀化的因素。
The effect of heat treatment of carbon steel on homogenization of carbon content has been in-vestigated with optical microscope, electron microprobe analysis and X-ray analysis. Four gradesof quality carbon steel were used. The suitable technology of heat treatment was used. The indexof criterions of homogeneity and stability were calculated according to GB4930--85. The resultsshow that the distribution of carbon in carbon steel specimens meets the requirements of homoge-neity and stability in unit area (1μm)~3. The standard samples of Fe-C-alloy (0.4--1.0%C) forcarbon analysis by EMPA has been made successfully. The factors influencing homogenization incarbon steel are discussed.
