摘要
针对地表变形最大限值和采煤临界深度最小限值是采动区建抗变形建筑物的两个必要条件,通过实测数据分析指出:建抗采动变形建筑物的地表变形限值应以Ⅲ级为宜;在不形成塌陷漏斗前提下,采动区作为类似材料堆积场等其他用途的地表变形可达Ⅳ级。说明了建筑物附加应力影响下,采煤临界深度之计算方法、提出了计算公式。进而,阐述了城市浅部采动区建抗变形建筑选址的避让措施、地基岩体加固措施,以及,建筑结构的建筑措施、刚性措施、柔性措施。提出了采煤沉陷区进行综合治理的5个基本原则。
This paper proposed two essential conditions for shallow coal mining in ueban area,which were the maximum of surface deformation and the minimum of mining critical depth.The data analysis showed that the maximum of surface deformation allowed is Class Ⅲ.Also,it allows Class Ⅳ surface deformation in the area used for agriculture or storage sites.Accounting for the effect of buildings,the study provides a formula for calculating mining critical depth.The paper also presents the measures taken for buildings in shallow coal mining area including site selection,foundation rock reinforcement,and building structure design,rigid measures,flexible measures for constructing the anti-deformed buildings.
