摘要
针对钢筋影响下混凝土中氯离子质量分数的预测,试验研究了钢筋表面氯离子质量分数累积情况;通过定义容量系数和传递系数给出了氯离子非稳态扩散的质量守恒矩阵方程,将所编译的扩散模块与ANSYS链接得到混凝土中氯离子质量分数累积的数值模拟方法,并作了有效性验证。研究表明:该方法能够灵活地预测考虑钢筋存在的同时,各种复杂截面形状的混凝土构件在单一或多边界同时遭受氯离子侵蚀时的氯离子质量分数累积。
In order to predict the chloride concentration in concrete caused by the reinforcement,an experimental study was conducted to determine the chloride concentration cumulating at the surface of reinforcement.A mass conservation matrix equation of the chloride non-stable diffusion was derived by defining content coefficient and transferring coefficient.Also,a numerical simulation method of the chloride concentration cumulating in concrete was proposed by linking the compiled module with ANSYS.The study verified the method and shown that the method had a remarkable advantage and can be flexibly applied to any section with complicated shape of RC.
