摘要
采用种子萌发法研究了海州露天矿排土场五种恢复措施的土壤种子库,共发现16种植物,分属5科,16属,以草本植物为主。排土地上植被与土壤种子库物种组成的相似性较低。随着恢复类型、恢复时间的不同,土壤种子库的种类、密度各不相同。选择正确的恢复措施,有利于土壤种子库自我更新能力的增加和排土场生态系统稳定,对排土场的土地恢复和生态重建具有重要意义。
A study was conducted on the soil seed banks of five recovery measures at Haizhou opencast mine dump using seed germination method.The study showed that there were 16 plant species belonging to 5 families,16 genus,with annuals as dominant species.Low similarities were observed between soil seed bank and standing vegetation,and between the seed banks at different sites.The species and density of soil seed bank varied with reclamation time,reclamation model,and site condition.An appropriate reclamation model would improve the self-renewal ability of soil seed bank and the stability of dump ecosystem,which were of importance for the land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation at Haizhou opencast coal mine dump.
