摘要
以酸浆、枸杞为原料,制取酸浆、枸杞汁液后进行混合调配制得复合饮料。通过正交试验确定酸浆枸杞保健饮料的最佳配方为:枸杞提取液6%、酸浆汁10%、糖12%、酸0.15%。通过澄清试验确定明胶和皂土用量分别为200mg/L和2000mg/L时澄清效果最好。
Juices were extracted from Physalis alkekengi L. var. Franchetii and Lycium Barbarrum, which were then mixed and formulated to give a compound drink. Though orthogonal tests, the optimum formula was determined as juice of Physalis alkekengi L. var. Franchetii 6%, juice of Lycium Barbarrum 10% and acid 0.15%. Through clarification experiments, it was found out that the best clarification effect was achieved when gelatin 200 mg/L and bentonite 2000 mg/L were used.
