挤注复合系统的分析研究及自主创新(上)

摘要 挤出和注射相结合的挤注复合系统是一种新型的塑化注射系统,提高了塑化注射的功能和性能。分析了不同形式的挤注复合系统的工作原理,论述了各自不同的成形加工能力,研究了开发设计方面的要点,提出了进一步创新的建议,介绍了塑化注射量50000g的高效、高速、节能的大型挤注复合系统,为自主创新注射装置拓展了思路。 EICS is a new kind of injection-plasticization system combining extrusion with injection, which helps to improve the function and performance of injection and plasticization. The working principles of different types of EICS are analyzed, their different shaping capacities are discussed, the main points of development and design are studied, the suggestions on further innovation are put forward, and a large EICS with an injection-plasticization capacity of 50000g characterized by high efficiency, high speed and energy-saving is introduced with a view of exploring new ways for the independent innovation of injection machines.
