ENA-78与自然流产关系的研究进展

The Relationship between ENA-78 and Spontaneous Abortion

摘要 上皮细胞来源的中性粒细活化肽-78(ENA-78)是CXC类趋化因子家族中的主要成员之一,活化并趋化中性粒细胞,是重要的血管生成因子,在类风湿性关节炎、免疫性肠炎,子宫内膜异位症等一系列疾病过程中发挥着重要作用.近年来其在自然流产发病中所起的作用越来越受重视.本文就ENA-78与自然流产关系的研究进展作一综述. Epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide 78（ENA-78） is a number of CXC chemokines and has neutrophil-activating and-chemoattracting properties,and an important angiogenic factor.It plays a crucial role in a variety of pathological conditions,such as rheumatoid arthritis imflammatory bowel diseases,endometriosis.In recent years some reasearches confirmed that it is important is spontaneous abortion.In this article we reviewed the investigations on relationship between ENA-78 and spontaneous abortion.
