摘要
由于新劳动合同法提高了企业的雇佣成本,降低了企业雇佣的灵活性,企业进行雇佣决策的内部市场规则必然进行调整。根据内部劳动力市场的有关理论,建立企业进行雇佣决策的能力—回报—期限的理论框架。基于此理论框架,可以预测企业应对新劳动合同法的不同方式。
As the implementation of the new Law of Employment Contracts, the employment cost is in- creased and the flexibility of employment is lowered. It is necessary for enterprises to adjust the internal market rule for decision-making of employment. The theoretical framework including such factors as “capability of employment decision-making-reward-term of employment” is established, based on theory of internal labor market. The different ways of enterprises' response to the new Law of Employment Contracts can be predicted, based on the theoretical framework.
