摘要
针对国内首次凹底平车凹底架折角设计方案,提出了1∶3模型模拟试验方法,设计制造了模型及加载装置,通过测试,将模拟试验与有限元结构强度及刚度分析结果进行了对比分析研究。得出了折角式凹底架的应力分布及设计重点。
In view of the first angle scheme of the depressed center underframe of the depressed center flat car in our country,the 1∶3 model simulation test method is given,the model and loading device are designed and manufactured.Through testing,the simulation test is compared with the finite element structure strength and rigidity analysis results,analysis and research are made.The stress distribution and key design points of the angled depressed center underframe are obtained.
