育龄妇女计划生育健康知识140例调查

An Investigation on the Knowledge of Birth Control and Health Care in a Group of Childbearing Age Women

目的了解计划生育健康教育知识普及情况。方法对来甘泉医院就诊的１４９名育龄妇女的计划生育健康教育知识进行了调查，采用现场不记名方式独立填写问卷，就预防意外妊娠知识应知应会、避孕节育方法及获得关于预防意外妊娠知识的渠道进行调查分析。结果不同文化程度育龄人群对计划生育健康教育知识掌握情况差异有显著性；对避孕药具的正确使用及注意事项的掌握普遍较少；对节育环、避孕套以外的其它避孕方法了解较少。结论应提高全民文化素质，通过多种宣传途径加强宣传教育，以提高知情选择率，促进计划生育工作。

Objective To investigate the popularization of the knowledge of birth control and health care in a group of women of childbearing age.Methods Secret questionnaire on the spot was made on 149 women of childdbearing age who seeked medications in Ganquan Hospital. Items in questionnaire included the knowledge on preventing accidental pregnancy, the way to get the knowledge of preventing accidental pregnancy,and the methods of contraception and birth control.Results[WT5,5”BZ] It was indicated that there was a significant difference on the knowledge of birth control and health care in the women of childbearing age with different educational degrees. Seldom of them got the knowledge of correct usages and points of attention on contraceptive devices. They got little knowledge of the other methods of contraception besides the intrauterine devices (IUD) and condoms.Conclusion Improving the cicil education and propagation through various ways to enhance the work of birth control are urgently necessary in order to make all the women know the knowledge of it.
