苏联经济模式应当放在生产方式变革中去评价。两次科技革命给生产方式带来巨大变化,在苏联计划经济模式生产方式变革中起着不同作用。苏联经济模式对以自然资源为基础的规模经济可以发挥集中、整合的优势,但是当规模经济生产中科技力量上升后,苏联计划经济模式在科技创新和传播方面的缺陷日益明显。

The Soviet model of economy should be evaluated based on the different modes of production.The Second and Third scientific and technological revolution took tremendous changes to production mode.The Soviet model of planned economy plays different roles in different production modes.Soviet model has enormous advantages in the promotion of natural resource-based economies of scale.But when science and technology plays a more and more important role in economic development, the shortcomings of Soviet economic model in scientific and technological innovation and dissemination are highlighted.
