Influence of Asphalt Temperature Segregation on the Property of Asphalt Pavement

温度离析是指在沥青混合料在拌和、运输和摊铺过程中温度出现较大差异的现象。沥青混合料温度的测定主要采用红外线温度记录仪、便携式红外线温度计等测量设备,红外线温度记录仪可以较全面地分析路面温度特性,控制施工过程。文章对不同的温度离析评价标准进行了对比,同时提出了降低或者避免温度离析的方法。

Temperature segregation exists in a hot-mixed asphalt pavement due to the substantial temperature differentials after the mixing, transporting and paving of the asphalt. The measuring deviees of infrared thermometer and portable digital infrared thermometer are usually used to reeord the temperature of asphalt while the former one can analyze comprehensively the features of the pavement temperature and make control during the coustruction process. The paper makes comparison and contrast of different evaluation standards on temperature segregation and meanwhile it proposes ways to reduce or even avoid temperature segregation in the hot-mixed asphalt pavement.
