摘要
通过热解以及液化的方法使生物质材料转化为带有特定酚和醛类官能团的化合物作为化工原料使用,是生物质资源高效利用的方法。从而为制备酚醛树脂(PF)提供了原料,为解决PF的环保性问题提供了思路和有效途径,引起了人们的广泛关注,取得了显著进展。综述了这方面的新近研究成果,着重介绍了典型的生物质资源通过热解和液化在高性能环保型PF制备和改性中的应用研究成果,并针对该领域研究中存在的一些不足,指出了今后的研究值得重点关注和可能取得突破的几个方向。
It is an efficient approach to utilize biomaterial resources through pyrolysis and liquefaction to transform the biomaterial into compounds with a specific functional group of phenol and aldehyde used as chemical raw materials. Consequently, it is able to provide raw materials for preparation of phenolic resin (PF) which can offer ideas and effective ways to overcome the disadvantages of PF in environment protection,therefore it has aroused widespread concern and significant research progress has been achieved. So,reviewed these applications of research results recently focused on a typical biomaterial resources by pyrolysis and liquefied in the preparation and modification of environmental-friendly PF with high-performance. Hereby,pointed out some aspects that should be attention in particular and might make a breakthrough in the following research in order to make up shortcomings existed in now research.
