综合治疗贲门黏膜撕裂综合征36例

目的总结贲门黏膜撕裂综合征治疗体会。方法回顾性分析本院2001年1月至2008年2月确诊为贲门黏膜撕裂综合征36例治疗。结果34例内科治疗,临床治愈,2例因关节病长期服用甾体类药,内科治疗无效,经手术治疗治愈,无死亡病例。结论贲门黏膜撕裂综合征多数病人经内科治疗可治愈,部分病人需外科治疗。

objectiv the analysis and summary of mallory weiss syndrome.Method review analysis of mallory weiss syndrome was cure for 36 patients in 2001.1-2008.2.Result 34 Medicine treatment,clinical cure,2 because of joint disease long-term take the no steroid nomones medicine,Medicine treatment invalid,through line surgical operation treatment cure,do not die medical history.Conclusion the most mallory weiss syndrome through the Medicine treatment can cure,the parts of patient need surgery treatment.
