摘要
提出了一种新型的道岔尖轨滑床板———具有较低摩擦系数,使用时无需涂油润滑的滑床板。通过建立尖轨、滑床板模型,分析了不同滑床板摩擦系数对尖轨扳动力以及基本轨与尖轨最小间隔的影响,并进行了针对性的试验。研究结果表明:干摩擦材料滑床板对改善尖轨扳动力,提高道岔的安全可靠性,减少道岔的养护维修是积极有效的。
This paper puts forword a new style railway switch slide baseplate which has a low friction value and doesn't need for lubrication with oil under severe railway working conditions.The influences of friction coefficient of the switch slide baseplate on the actuating force,and the minimum distance between the rail and the switch rail have been analyzed.Some experimental investigations have also been done.The results show that the switch slide baseplate of dry bearing is an effective instrument for improving the actuating fore to move the switch rail,enhancing the safety and cutting down the maintain cost of switch.
