摘要
通过对65Cr4W3Mo2VNb钢(以下简称65Nb钢)在不同热处理条件下形成的组织和机械性能的研究,制定出65Nb钢复合冲模的最佳热处理工艺。为了进一步提高复合冲模的使用寿命,还对65Nb钢进行了辉光离子氮化和渗硼表面处理的初步探讨。研究表明:65Nb钢复合冲模经1140℃油淬,540℃二次回火后与原采用的T10钢复合冲模相比,使用寿命提高了60倍,同时经辉光离子氮化和渗硼处理可进一步提高其使用寿命。
The author carries out a series of heat treatments on 65Cr4W3MoZVNb steelunder various testing conditions, and finally determines the optimum process upon itsstructures and mechanical performances. The main points of the process is as follows:heatedat 1 140℃ and then oil quenched, twice tempered at 540 ℃ The result shows that theservice life of the 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb steel compound die is 60 times longer than original diemade of T10 steel. The authors have also discussed the glow ion nitriding and bondingtreatments which may further extend the service life of the die.
