摘要
对90年代以来浇注型环氧树脂垫片在我国船舶中的应用情况进行综述,分析环氧树脂垫片的可靠性与经济性。针对环氧树脂垫片在船舶机械设备安装和轴系定位安装中的应用,将新工艺与传统工艺进行对比,说明环氧树脂垫片的优势。介绍环氧树脂垫片浇注工艺的发展情况和目前的设计审核方法,并对环氧树脂垫片在我国船舶中的应用进行展望。
This paper made a general description of the application of casting epoxy resin cushion in shipbuilding industry since the 1990s. It analyzed the reliability and economy of epoxy resin cushion and according to the application of epoxy resin cushion in shipping machinery and shaft installation, generalized the advantages of epoxy resin cushion by comparing the new technique with the traditional ones, and it introduced the development of casting epoxy resin cushion technique and the current design checking method. Besides, some expectations were put forward for the application of casting epoxy resin cushion in Chinese shipbuilding industry.
