摘要
为全面建设企业“细胞工程”——班组自主管理模式,结合铁路运输特点和羊城铁路总公司实际,着重从组织、素质、目标、自控、调控和激励六个子系统加强全面建设,在实施过程中不断改进和完善,取得了良好的经济效益。
The author discussed the necessity of establishing enterprise “cell project”——the model of “teams & groups managing themselves”. Taking the railway transport character and the reality of Yangcheng Railway Co. into account, the author suggested that the six sub-systems including organization, quality, target, self controlling, adjusting & controlling, encouraging should be emphasized. Continual transforming and perfecting during the implementation helped to get several achievements.
