摘要
加强中间站管理,首先要选拔好中间站站长。分析了目前仍沿用传统的干部选拔管理方法的种种弊端,提出选拔站长应实行公开招聘,择优上岗,将有利于改善中间站管理,尤其是边远地区中间站的工作。
To strengthen the management of intermediate station, first of all the best stationmaster must be chosen. The disadvantages of traditional system of choosing and managing cadres used currently were analyzed. It was proposed that the system of open recruitment and selecting the best to fill the vacancy should be accepted.
