宣化钢铁公司研究用喷射石灰粉进行铁水炉外脱硫的半工业性试验成功后,相继研究并解决了浓相喷粉、用空气作载气、喷枪制造、全液压伸缩扒渣机、以及消烟除尘等一系列技术难题,使这项技术迅速用于生产,两年来连续正常运行,取得了良好的经济效益。
After successful pilot experiments on lime injection desulphurization of hot metal at XuanhuaIron and Steel Co. a series of problems such as dense phase injection, manufacture of lance, adop-ting air as carrier, making use of hydraulic skimming machine with telescopic bar and fume co-llection had been solved one by one so that it had been applied in production rapidly. The desu-lphurization process has been used properly in production for two years with remarkable economicreturns.
