摘要
利用稀土离子Y3+、Yb3+、Er3+与乙二胺四乙酸形成的配合物,加入可溶性氟化物。控制溶液的pH值,利用配位-沉淀平衡体系制备了复合氟化物纳米粒子前驱物,在240℃下水热晶化前驱物,合成了红外上转换纳米发光材料。
The coordination compound was prepared by Y^3+,Yb^3+,Er^3+ ions and edta.The precursor was synthesized via precipitation-coordnation equilibrium including RE coordination compound and fluorin ion.Upconversion luminescence in Yb^3+,Er^3+:YF3 nanocrstalcine powers excited by a 980 nm laser diode had synthesized by crystallizing precursor in 240℃ hydrothermal condition.The TEM revealed that most of paryicles were nearly spherical and average diameter of the particles was in the range of 30~50nm.
