Deformation Monitoring Technique for CCTV Main Tower during Construction

摘要 CCTV主楼双向倾斜的两塔楼在高空通过巨型悬挑结构连成一体,建筑造型独特,在重力荷载作用下,其结构变形特征与常规塔楼存在显著差别。为监控施工过程的安全性、及时反馈指导施工,对施工全过程结构关键点位的三维空间变形进行监测。为验证实测结果的合理可靠性,进行了施工过程模拟计算分析,并计入了地基不均匀沉降和季节温度变化的影响因素。 The profile of CCTV main tower is unique, with a huge cantilever at the top linking two bidirectional leaning sub-towers as integrity. Under gravity load, the deformation feature has much discrepancy with a normal tall building. To secure the construction safety and feed back to guiding construction, the three dimensional displacement monitoring of the key points was conducted during construction. The construction process analogy FEA was done to verify the rationality of the monitoring results. To improve calculation accuracy, the differential settlement of foundation and the seasonal temperature variation are taken into account in calculation.
