基于熵值法和广义效用函数法的联络线接轨方案比选

Comparison and Selection of the Contact Line Schemes Based on Entropy and Generalized Utility Function Method

针对联络线接轨方案比选的特点构建评价指标体系,从接轨方案的工程条件和行车条件选取评价指标。通过对各方案的指标值进行规范化处理,应用熵值法确定各项指标的权重系数,采用广义效用函数法,计算得出各方案广义效用函数值,比较得到最优方案。以武广客运专线引入长沙枢纽联络线接轨方案为例,基于熵值法和广义效用函数的综合评价方法进行方案比选。

This paper establishes evaluation index system according to the characteristics of comparison and selection of contact line schemes, and selects evaluation index followed by engineering condition and operation condition of the connecting scheme. Through standardizing the index values of each scheme, the weight coefficient of each index is determined by using entropy method, and the generalized utility function value is calculated by using the generalized utility function, then the optimized plan will be achieved through comparison. Taking the contact line scheme of introducing Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line into Changsha hub as example, the paper makes scheme comparison and selection based on comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy and generalized utility function method.
