摘要 顶岗实习支教是指师范生在高师院校修完专业骨干课程和教师教育课程后,到农村中学进行"全职"教师岗位实习,高师院校则对实习基地学校的校长和教师进行多种形式的培训。河北师范大学通过"顶岗置换"方式,积极探索高师院校人才培养"3.5+0.5"模式,以强化师范生的从教意识和专业素质,提高农村教师的专业素质和促进农村教育教学改革的深入发展。 In-post teaching practice means that the students of the normal university go to the rural middle school to experience the full-time teaching practice when they have finished the important specialized courses and teacher education courses, at the same time, the higher normal university carry out various forms of training for the principals and teachers of the practice school. Through the way of in-post teaching practice, Hebei Normal University has actively explored the training mode of "3.5+0.5" higher normal university talent cultivation, strengthened the teaching awareness and professional quality of the normal students, improved the professional qualities of the rural teachers, and promoted the further development of the rural educational teaching reform.
