摘要
首先采用大豆为原料制备发芽大豆,以异黄酮得率为指标,确定最佳发芽时间为96h。继而对发芽大豆中异黄酮的提取工艺条件进行研究,在单因素实验结果的基础上,进行正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件,其结果为超声功率400W、超声波时间40min、乙醇浓度80%、回流时间1.5h,在此条件下异黄酮得率为3.774mg/g。
First,the soybean germination was prepared,using isoflavone content as the index,the optimum time for germination was 96h.Then the extraction conditions of isoflavone in soybean germination was studied by singlefactor test and orthogonal test,the optimum conditions were ultrasonic power 400W,ultrasonic time 40min,ethanol concentration 80%,hot reflux time 1.5h.Under these conditions,the yield of isoflavones was 3.774mg /g.
