摘要
采用商用计算流体动力学软件,对汽轮机低压缸末二级流场进行了全三维粘性数值模拟.计算结果表明,动静叶间的级间配合不尽合理,且末级根部反动度偏大,引起了较大的激波损失.通过优化设计最终使得二级总效率提高了0.3%.
The flow in last two stages of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine has been studied by the three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation method with commercial software.The results show that the inter-stage matching of both the stages is quite inappropriate,and the large reaction at the blade root of last stage results in a high shock wave loss.The total efficiency of the two stages has been improved by 0.3% by optimizing.
