摘要
从广深线准高速列车电空常用制动不安定故障的典型实例中,归结出电空制动故障所呈现的特点,并通过对机车电空转换器的原理分析,认为意外紧急与104阀电空的制动电磁阀孔径无直接关系,而机车的空电联合排风方式是造成意外紧急的直接原因。
The paper sums up the fault characteristics of electric pneumatic brake on Guang Shen quasi high speed train,based on typical living examples of unintended emergency application happened when applying electric pneumatic service applications.Through theoretical analysis of the electric pneumatic converter on locomotive,it is found that the fauit is caused by electric pneumatic blended venting BP pressure inappropriately.In other words,the fault has no direct relation with the venting choke size of electric pneumatic brake magnetic valve combined with type 104 control valve.
