摘要
利用DSC、TGA等测试方法,研究了双酚型苯并恶嗪中间体(中间体)/线型酚醛树脂(线酚),在六次甲基四胺(六次)、草酸和路易斯酸作用下的固化性能以及固化物的热稳定性。同时制备了以六次、线酚、中间体为主要树脂基体的制动材料,并测定了制动材料的摩擦磨损性能、冲击强度和硬度。结果表明,路易斯酸能充分固化苯并恶嗪中间体,固化物具有良好的热稳定性。所制得的制动材料的主要性能指标都超过了国标要求,预计将有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper,the curing property of benzoxazine precursors based on bisphenols/Novolak resin,which were catalyzed by hexamine ,Oxalic acid,Lewis acid etc.,and the thermal stability of cured resin have been studied through DSC,TGA etc.At the same time,the braking material based on benzoxazine from bisphenol and phenolic resin in the presence of hexamine and Lewis acid have been prepared,and the frictional coefficient,tear and wear propert,impact strength and hardness of this material have been determined.The results showed that Lewis acid can cure benzoxazine precursors completely,the cured resin have better thermal stability,and all of the main properties of the braking material prepared in the presence of Lewis acid catalyzer have exceeded the requirment of GB.Is is expected that this braking material will have a wide prospect.
