摘要
钢轨全长淬火是使钢轨强韧化的主要途径之一。淬火钢轨由于其使用性能优越,目前已在运营线路上大量使用,并呈发展趋势。本文总结了大量的试验研究成果和多年的生产实践经验,就目前的使用的U74、U71Mn和BNbRE三种类型钢轨的全长淬火工艺及质量控制进行了全面的阐述和说明,为喷雾冷却淬火及以此为基础的喷风冷却淬火新工艺的实施提供了重要依据。
Quenching is one of the leading technologies that improves the strength and toughness of rail steel.The superior properties of quenched rail have prompted its extensive use on operating railway tracks on an increasingly large scale.The paper summarizes the large amount of experimental results and work experience over the past years.Then it deals comprehensively with full length quenching technologies and the control of work quality for U 74 ,U 71 Mn and BNbRe rail steels,thus providing an essential basis for the application of spray cooling and further of wind cooling quenching technologies.
