On Ideological and Political Education and Personality Cultivation of College Students

世界在变化,人类在进步,丰富多彩的生活需要具有良好个性的人去创造。具有良好个性的人有赖于教育的塑造,思想政治教育是促进人全面发展的重要途径,为了能为社会培养出更多的具有良好个性的新人,思想政治教育必须着力于当代人的个性培养。我们只有充分认识到个性发展的必然趋势,合理把握个性发展的本质特征,才能促进人在丰富的社会关系中获得全面、自由的发展,成为具有优良的思想品德、丰富的知识技能、活跃的创新思维、个性鲜明的时代新人。

With the fast development of the global economics and human condition, nice personality is needed. Nice personality is dependent on cultivation of education, and ideological and political education is the necessary method to promote well-beings of human development. The paper makes a research on the relationship between ideological and political education and personality cultivation and puts forward some suggestion.
