药物醋柳酯合成的改进

Technological improvement of guaiaspir synthesis

目的:探讨合成醋柳酯的新方法。方法:以水杨酸与愈创木酚为原料,在超声波作用下合成药物醋柳酯。结果:通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的6.0 h缩短到3.5 h、产率由43.8%提高到46.7%。结论:此法在合成药物醋柳酯时,能够使合成时间缩短且产率提高。

Objective：To develop a new method for synthesis of guaiaspir.Methods：A new synthetic method for guaiaspir was established by the treatment of salicylic acid and guaiacol under ultrasound.Results：This new synthesis method would shorten reaction time from 6.0 h to 3.5 h,and the yield would be increased from 43.8% to 46.7%.Conclusion：This new synthesis method is feasible to prepare guaiaspir.
