摘要
目的:探讨合成醋柳酯的新方法。方法:以水杨酸与愈创木酚为原料,在超声波作用下合成药物醋柳酯。结果:通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的6.0 h缩短到3.5 h、产率由43.8%提高到46.7%。结论:此法在合成药物醋柳酯时,能够使合成时间缩短且产率提高。
Objective:To develop a new method for synthesis of guaiaspir.Methods:A new synthetic method for guaiaspir was established by the treatment of salicylic acid and guaiacol under ultrasound.Results:This new synthesis method would shorten reaction time from 6.0 h to 3.5 h,and the yield would be increased from 43.8% to 46.7%.Conclusion:This new synthesis method is feasible to prepare guaiaspir.
