摘要
目的探讨三七总苷对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响,为临床应用三七总苷治疗SAP提供理论基础。方法将135只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、SAP组和三七总苷治疗组,每组45只,通过十二指肠胆胰管逆行加压注射5%牛磺胆酸钠溶液的方法制备大鼠SAP模型,每组造模后又按6、12和24h分为3个时间点,检测血清淀粉酶、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平。结果血清淀粉酶、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平,SAP组各时间点均显著高于假手术组(P<0.01),三七总苷治疗组6,12,24h血清淀粉酶、TNF-α、IL-6显著低于SAP组(P<0.01或0.05),而IL-10水平则显著高于SAP组(P<0.05)。结论三七总苷可能通过下调TNF-α、IL-6,上调IL-10水平达到治疗SAP的作用。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of Panax notoginseng saponins on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels in severe acute pancereatitis (SAP) of rats, and to offer the Panax notoginseng saponins for its clinical use in treating SAP. [Methods] 135 SD rats were randomized into 3 groups: Sham-operation group(n =45), SAP group(n =45) and Panax notoginseng saponins treated group(n=45). The models of SAP were made by retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct of SD rats. Serum amylase, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 were measured at 6, 12, 24 h after operation. [Result] The levels of serum amylase, serum TNF-α, IL-6 , and IL-10 levels in SAP group at each time point were significantly higher (P 〈0.01) than those of sham-operation group, The levels of serum amylase, TNF-α and IL-6 at each time point in Panax notoginseng saponins treated group were significantly lower than those in SAP group (P 〈0.05 or 0.01). But the levels of serum IL-10 at each time point in Panax notoginseng saponins treated group were significantly increased than those in SAP group (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Panax notoginseng saponins may treat SAP by de creasing the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and up-regulated IL-10.
