摘要
目的在传统的诊断学病史问诊教学中引入角色扮演法,以期能提高其教学效果。方法随机选择华中科技大学2004级临床七年制专业某小班50人为实验组,在传统病史问诊的教学基础上,引入教师患者角色扮演法和学生患者角色扮演法;以华中科技大学2004级临床专业八年制全班40人为对照组,按传统示教法示教。两组学生根据问诊资料书写一份病历,对成绩进行χ2检验。结果实验组在主诉和现病史的掌握上明显优于对照组,两者存在明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论在传统的问诊教学模式下,引入角色扮演法可以提高病史问诊的教学质量。
[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of patients' role-playing in the teaching of diagnostics history inquiry compared with the traditional methods. [Methodl Based on the traditional teaching methods, patients' role-playing teaching methods were performed in the experimental group, which included teachers-patients role-playing and students-patients role-playing. Finally the results of the both groups' tests were got. [Results] The achievements of chief complain and present history in the experimental group were significant better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusions] The application of patients' role-playing is valuable for the teaching of diagnostics history inquiry.
