城镇化中农民人格的公民化趋向

Citizen Trend of Peasants’ Personality in the Process of Urbanization

农民人格公民化作为对我国农村城镇化进程、方向和性质的一种人格确认,是农民在与政府、市场关系之间互动转换和适度张力中所渐进形成的一种以权利、参与、互信、合作等为基本元素的农民人格的公民化趋向。农民的主体性、农业的产业化和农村的自治力构成城镇化进程中农民人格公民化的逻辑依据。丢失或忽略农民人格公民化培育将不可能建设结构完整的农村城镇化社会,也将失去或偏离农村城镇化的动力机制和价值目标。

As one way of character recognition of the process, direction and nature of China’s rural urbanization, the citizen trend of peasants’ personality is gradually formed in its relationship with the government and the market, with rights, participation, mutual trust and cooperation being the basic elements. The logical bases for the trend are peasants’ subjectivity, agriculture industrialization and countryside self-government force. It will be impossible to construct a rural urban-society with integrity if the nurture the citizen trend been lost or ignored, if so, we will finally lose or departure from the dynamic mechanism and the value target of rural urbanization.
