农村人力资本投资与和谐社会的相关性分析

An Empirical Research of the Relevance Between Investment of Rural Human Capital and Harmonious Society

农村人力资本投资对和谐社会的影响是通过收入差距、经济效率、社会公平等具体环节实现的。通过研究,得出的结论是两者之间具有密切的相关性,即农村人力资本投资与收入差距之间呈反向关联度,即农村人力资本投资愈高,城乡收入差距愈小,反之亦然。政府应采取一系列积极措施如改革社会保障制度、农村教育体制和实施有效的农村教育支助计划等,以改变农村人力资本投资现状,缩小城乡收入差距,促进社会和谐与发展。

The influence of rural human capital investment on the harmonious society is realized in such specific areas as income gap, economic efficiency and social equity. According to the research, this paper gets the conclusion that there is a close relationship between the rural human capital investment and the income gap, that is, when the former is bigger, the latter will be smaller, vice versa. Thus, such positive measures as reforming the social security system and the education system in rural areas and carrying out effective support for rural education programs should be taken by the government, in order to change the current situation of rural human capital investment, narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and promote social harmony and development.
