2008年残奥会备战期间国家残疾举重队部分血液指标的变化规律

The Fluctuation Trend of Certain Blood Components of National Disability Weightlifting Athletes During the Training Period Before 2008 Paralympics

目的:观察2008年残奥会备战期间国家残疾举重队部分血液指标的变化规律。方法:跟踪2008年残奥会赛前国家残疾举重队(男子12名,女子14名)8周备战集训期。集训按训练强度大致划分为准备期、基础训练期、大强度训练期、高强度期和比赛前期五个阶段。结果:(1)自基础训练期,男、女举重队血红蛋白(Hb)、血清睾酮(T)含量及血清睾酮/皮质醇(T/C)比值开始较准备期逐渐降低,并持续进行性下降至高强度训练期,血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性及血清皮质醇(C)含量呈现相反趋势;(2)比赛前期男、女举重队Hb、血清T含量及T/C比值较高强度训练期显著提高,血清CK活性及血清C含量则呈现相反趋势;(3)男、女举重队血清尿素(BUN)含量在整个备战周期中无显著性波动。结论:随集训强度的阶段改变,国家残疾男、女举重队Hb含量、血清CK活性、血清T、C含量及T/C比值均呈现较为一致的周期性对应变化规律。

Objective： To observe the fluctuation change of the certain blood components of national disability weightlifting athletes during the training period before 2008 Paralympics. Methods： 26 athletes （12 male; 14 female） underwent training for 8 weeks, and this period was classified into 5 phases： preparing, rudimental; heavy training, heaviest training and pre-mateh phase. Results： 1） Compared with the preparing phase, the level of HB, T and the T/C ratio were gradually decreased but the level of C and the activity of CK were gradually increased until the phase of heaviest training. 2） In the pre-match phase, the level of HB, T and T/C ratio were significantly higher than previous phases and this phenomenon was opposite to the level of C and the activity of CK. 3） The level of BUN was stable during the entire training period. The results were about the same in both male and female. Conclusions： With the training intensity changed, the changes of blood components of male and female weightlifting athletes with disability, including HB, T, T/C ratio, C, and CK, consisted with the same fluctuation rule as the training intensity increased.
