摘要
"创意劳动"和"知识经济"被广泛认同为文化创意产业最基本的实践特点,关注新闻生产、媒体创作和营运的传播教育日益强调以培养创意人才为核心目标。应从文化创意产业的独特性及其知识与学习特点出发,结合实践社群、认知社群、默会知识、身体化知识、项目生态、创意集群和知识溢出、创意阶层等有关知识和学习的概念和理论,对传播教育进行创新和改革。
"creative work" and "knowledge economy" have been regarded as the most significant feature in cultural and creative industries. Communication education in universities which focuses on journalism, media content creation and management, has increasing emphasis its core aim of producing creative talents, this paper acknowledges that the innovation and reform of communication education should take into consideration the unique characteristics, knowledge and learning of the cultural and creative industry, and draw ideas and enlightenment from the following areas: the practising communities, epistemic communities, tacit knowledge, physicalized knowledge, project ecology, creative clusters, knowledge overflow and the creative class, etc.
