摘要
退役专业运动员就业是当前的热点与难点,逐渐兴起的职业培训为解决专业运动员就业问题提供了新思路。研究认为,职业培训是提升退役专业运动员就业能力的有效措施,健全的就业体制是保障。目前,退役专业运动员职业培训中存在各省市发展平衡、经费缺乏、管理体制不畅、运动员自身认识不足等问题,可通过节流开源,保障培训经费;完善培训体制,增强可操作性;提升自我退役意识,科学规划职业生涯;竞教结合,从源头抓教育,大力发展非专职体育运动员的策略,以做好当前职业培训。
The employment of the retired professioual athletes is a difficult social problem at present. Fortunately, the newly emerged vocational training provides a novel idea to solve the problem. Researches indicated that vocational training is an effective guarantee for enhancing the employability of retired professional athletes. And a sound employment system is also essential to solve the problem. Though current problems like imbalance of development in different provinces, deficiency of funds, inappropriate of management system and insufficient self-understanding of athletes themselves do exist, better strategies in the current vocational training can ensure the training funds by broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure. On the other hand, through improving management and training system, maneuverability can also be ensured. Motivating the self-awareness to retire of the athletes can help the retired athletes plan their career scientifically. Ultimately. through the combination of education and contests starting from the primal school, and through vigorous development of the non-professional athletes, the current vocational training will be practical and applicable.
