摘要
采用不同的绩效指标、数据和分析方法,考虑不同的主教练变更情境和影响因素,导致主教练变更对职业运动队绩效影响的研究结果不一致,影响了研究结论的实用性。后续研究应采用系统化的绩效指标,以客观评价竞赛失败或胜利情境下的运动队绩效;清晰界定主教练变更发生的情境,凝练出特定情境下变更主教练的影响;规范研究范式,以便后续研究的检验。还提出了规范的主教练变更情境和研究范式模型,帮助后续研究取得具有实用价值的研究结论。
The researchers adopted different performance indexes, data and analysis methods, thought of different head-coach change environment and influence factors, which made the research conclusions of head-coach change's effect on professional sport teams' performance are inconsistent and influence the practicality of the conclusions. The following researches should adopt a systematic performance index to measure the teams' performance objectively when the team gets failure or victory of a match. To find out the special effect of head-coach change by drawing out the unique environment of a head-coach change clearly. Standardize the research model to make the following testing research convenient. And we proposed a standard of head-coach change environment and research model which is in order to help the future researches to find many practical conclusions.
