腰硬联合麻醉行剖宫产术中低血压的处理 被引量：17

摘要 小管径及非切割脊髓穿刺针在蛛网膜下腔阻滞（腰麻）的应用，使穿刺引起的头痛发生率降低到1％～2％，此外，蛛网膜下腔阻滞有用药量少、起效快、作用范围广、阻滞完全的特点，使腰麻在剖宫产术中的应用不断增加。但腰麻用于剖宫产手术存在一些副作用，
