摘要
文章对广泛应用于包钢高线摩根精轧和预精轧机的油膜轴承的工作原理进行了较为详细的阐述,且对预精轧机10"辊箱大端承载侧油膜轴承的最小油膜厚度以及承载能力进行了验算,并在理论分析的基础上结合实际工作提出油膜轴承使用装配过程中应注意的几个问题。
In the article, it' s elaborated that operating principles of oil film beating used in Morgan mill and pre - finishing mill of Baotou Steel, and it' s given the checking calculation of minimum thickness of oil film and beating force of oil film beating at half side of 10" roll box in pre - finishing mill. In addition, several problems need be paid attention in process of using and assembling oil film bearing are put forward by linking theoretical analysis with actual work.
