摘要
文章采用了浙大中控推出的全数字化的新一代集散控制系统JX-300X。利用集散控制系统JX-300X实现了对包钢宽厚板混合煤气加压站的自动化控制。包钢煤气加压站的基本组成包括工程师站(ES)、操作站(OS)、控制站(CS)和通讯网络SCnetⅡ。该系统保证控制站、操作站与电气设备之间的协调工作,实现软、硬件、关外设施共享,地址互访。
This paper introduces how to implement automation control in gas pressuring station of Baotou Steel with the new total digital distributed control system （DCS） JX- 300X. The station includes engineer station （ES）, operating station （OS）, control station （CS）, and communication network SCnetⅡ. The system assures coordinate work among control station, operating station, and electrical equipment. Also, it is implemented that sharing software, hardware, and other facilities, and exchanging visits of addresses.
