面对铁路产业重组改革的国际浪潮和我国经济的转型改革,我国的铁路产业如何融入其中,选择适合我国铁路产业发展现状和特点的改革模式成为国内研究的焦点之一。本文以"网运分离"模式为研究对象,考察"网运分离"模式的不同类型,并对"网运分离"模式在我国铁路产业的可行性进行了检验,试探索符合我国国情的铁路产业改革模式。

How to choose an appropriate developing model for China＇s railway industry has become the study focus for years. The authors study the characters of different types of vertical separation model, discuss the feasibility of vertical separation model in Chinese railway industry, and finally investigate the proper model which fits the status quo of China＇s railway industry.
