摘要
测定了栉孔扇贝幼贝在不同浓度Cu2+胁迫下体内酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活力变化以及过氧化氢(H2O2)含量变化情况。结果表明,当Cu2+浓度为0.01mg·L-1时幼贝体内ACP和AKP活力明显高于对照组,且差异极显著(p<0.01),随Cu2+浓度的增加,酶活力逐渐呈下降趋势,在0.1mg·L-1时酶活力低于对照组。扇贝幼贝H2O2含量的变化在0.01mg·L-1和0.02mg·L-1的低浓度Cu2+影响下呈缓慢升高的趋势,但总体变化不明显,而当Cu2+浓度达到0.05mg·L-1时,H2O2含量明显高于对照组,且差异极显著(p<0.01),随Cu2+浓度的增加,H2O2含量继续升高。以上数据表明Cu2+对栉孔扇贝幼贝机体的免疫防御功能有明显影响。在海洋污染中,可能是使扇贝幼苗抗病力减弱、种质退化、并引起大量死亡的一个较为重要的因素。
The effects of different concentrations of Cu^2+ on activity of acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and quantity of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) was studied in larval Chlamys farreri. The results showed that when the concentration of Cu^2+ were at 0.01mg·L^-1, both the ACP and AKP activity in larval scallop were higher than control group. With the increase of Cu^2+ concentration between 0.01mg·L^-1 and 0. 02mg·L^-1, the quantity of H2O2 increased slowly. When the concentration reached at 0.05mg·L^-1, the quantity of H2O2 was higher than control group and increased slowly afterward. Such results showed that the immunocompetence of larval scallop could be destroyed by Cu^2+ contamination.
