破坏性行为障碍儿童的自我意识分析

A analysis of Self-Concept of children with disruptive behaviour disorder

目的探讨破坏性行为障碍(disruptive behaviour disorder,DBD)儿童自我意识水平的特点。方法对湖南省六个地区5～17岁中小学生采用分层随机的抽样方法,共抽样9495名儿童,使用二阶段流行病学调查方法,由符合标准的DBD及对照组儿童自己填写儿童自我意识量表(children’s self-concept scale,CSCS),最后收集CSCS资料完整的共1572人(对照组798人、单纯DBD组404人、DBD共病组370人)。结果单纯DBD组及DBD共病组各因子分及总分均明显小于对照组(P<0.01);DBD共病组与单纯DBD组相比,行为、智力、焦虑、合群因子分及总分均小于单纯DBD组(P<0.05～0.01),而躯体情况和幸福因子分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DBD儿童较正常儿童的自我意识差,而DBD共病的儿童又比单纯DBD儿童的自我意识水平更低。

Objective To explore the self-concept level of disruptive behaviour disorder in children. Meth- od A sampling survey was made of 9495 children （5 - 17 ） from six regions of Hunan province together. After using the two stages epidemiologic research methods, 1572 children having completed Children＇s Self-Concept Scale, including 798 normal controls, 404 pure DBD and 370 comorbidity of DBD children. Results Both of the pure DBD and the comorbidity of DBD compared with the control group, all the scores were lower than those of the normal group （P 〈0. 01 ） ; The comorbidity of DBD compared with the pure DBD, the scores of behavior, intelli- gence, anxiety, popularity and total were lower than that of the Pure DBD （ P 〈 O. 05- O. O1 ）, the difference of physical appearance and happiness scores was not statistically significant. Conclusion DBD children with anxiety disorder have more prominent presence of behavioral problems and self-concept significantly lower rating.
