摘要
采用乙酰基作为糖基供体的离去基,以十二烷基2,3,4-三-O-苯甲酰基-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷8为关键中间体,对十二烷基β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→3)-[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃四糖苷2的合成方法进行了改进.
An improved method for the synthesis of lauryl β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-[-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→6) β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside 2 was developed from the key intermediate Lauryl 2,3,4- tri-O- benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside 8. Compared with the procedures described in literature 1, the new method reduced the steps from 25 to16 and increased the overall yield from 2.28% to 10. 17%.
