摘要
研究用醋酸/醋酸钠的酸性缓冲溶液调控丝光棉pH.主要研究不同处理温度、处理时间、缓冲溶液pH对丝光棉pH的调控作用,同时研究了超声波对调控作用的影响,以及pH调控处理后的丝光棉力学性能的变化.实验表明:丝光棉的pH值可调到4~7.5.缓冲液pH越低,处理时间越长,处理温度越高,丝光棉的pH降低越快越低;超声波对丝光棉pH调控具有加速的作用.使用低pH的缓冲溶液,丝光棉的力学性能不会受到损害反而会得到加强.
The buffer solution of sodium acetate & acetic acid deal was used to regulate the pH of mercerized cotton. The regulation role of treatment temperature, treatment time and pH of the HAc/NaAc solution for the mercerized cotton was studied and the effect of ultrasound on the regulation process was investigated. After the pH control, the change of strength of the mercerized cotton was tested. The results indicated that pH in the range of 4-7.5 was suitable for mercerized cotton. With lower pH of HAe/NaAc solution,longer processing time and higher temperature, the pH of mercerized cotton dropped quicker and lower. Ultrasound showed an accelerating effect for decreasing the pH of mercerized cotton. Using a buffer solution of low pH did not affect the mechanical properties of the mercerized cotton; instead, it improved them.
