摘要
冷却塔是火、核电厂冷却水二次循环工艺过程的重要组成部分,冷却塔热力计算方法的科学与否对冷却塔设计具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了冷却塔一维计算方法和二维计算方法,从冷却塔抽力计算、阻力计算以及热力计算等方面分析了两种计算方法的不同之处,并对两种计算方法进行了综合比较,分析了两种计算方法的优缺点。对邹县电厂四期工程12 000m2自然通风冷却塔实测工况进行对比计算,结果表明二维计算方法与实测结果符合更好。
Cooling towers are important parts of the second cycle cooling water system in nuclear and/or thermal power plants. The methods of thermodynamic calculation have great effects on designing of cooling towers. In this paper, one-dimensional and two-dimensional calculation methods for cooling towers are briefly introduced, the difference between the two methods are analyzed in terms of draught calculation, resistance calculation and thermodynamic calculation, etc. A comprehensive comparison is carried out and advantage and disadvantage of them are discussed. Calculations by means of the two methods are performed for a project Zouxian Power Plant with a natural draft wet cooling tower of 12 000 m2 , where field tests has been conducted. The results showed that the two - dimensional calculation fits with field tests better than that of the one-dimensional method
