摘要 研究了不同温度下复合盐胁迫及恢复对紫花苜蓿种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,35℃加剧了盐胁迫效应,发芽显著降低,15℃与25℃之间差异不明显;随着盐分浓度递增,发芽逐渐降低;总体上看,Na2CO3单盐胁迫效应明显,复合盐次之,NaCl单盐最低;胁迫解除后,15℃与25℃下,NaCl单盐胁迫有一定程度的恢复萌发,而复合盐及Na2CO3单盐胁迫几乎是致死性的。 The study explored the effect of various types of salt stress on the seed germination of M. sativa in different temperature conditions. The results showed that the salt stress reduced the germination rate significantly at 35 ℃, and the germination rate at 15 ℃ was not different significantly from that at 25 ℃. With the increasing of salinity, the germination rate decreased gradually. In general, Na2 CO3 stress has the most significant effect, followed by mixed salt stress and NaCl stress. After the salt stress removed, the germination rate for NaCl stress would recover to certain extent. However, the effects of mixed salt stress and Na2 CO3 stress were almost deadly.
